Bio
I’m a director, producer, and sales agent focused on travel-based storytelling. For over a decade, I’ve been dedicated to exploring the world through true stories of adventure, cultural discovery, and human resilience as a documentary filmmaker.
I hold a law degree from the University of Turin, where I wrote my thesis on the rights of indigenous peoples. While I initially considered a diplomatic path, that academic journey instead sparked a lifelong commitment to telling stories where travel is the driving force for understanding, connection, and transformation.
In 2011, I founded Travel Media House, a production company specializing in travel documentaries and branded content for the tourism and outdoor industries. Since then, I’ve directed and produced international projects across Africa, the Americas, and Asia, including over 400 television documentaries for RAI. Among the most notable are The World in Slow Motion, Everest with Three Fingers, and Travel Filmmakers, all distributed globally by leading unscripted distributors.
Together with my son Guy, I’ve begun developing documentary content for children, finding creative ways to spark curiosity through real travel stories.
While doing this beautiful job, I also created Travel Film School, an educational platform that soon became Italy’s largest community for aspiring travel filmmakers and documentarians, with over 25,000 enrolled students. Today, it is a strong network of visual storytellers united by a passion for travel.
In addition to this creative work, in 2015 I began managing Borgo Cornalese, my family’s historic estate, which I am committed to restoring and preserving as a location for major films and productions, in collaboration with the Torino Piemonte Film Commission. I am proud to have worked on outstanding projects with award-winning directors such as Bille August, Peter Greenaway, Matteo Rovere, Carolina Cavalli, and Andrea Corsini, on productions including The Count of Montecristo, The Law According to Lidia Poët (Netflix), Walking to Paris, Der Feind meines Feindes (ZDF), La Strada di Casa (Rai 1), Non Uccidere (Rai 2), Amanda, Ferine, and many more. I have collaborated with leading production companies such as Groenlandia, Fremantle Media, Rai Cinema, Rai Fiction, Palomar, Endemol Shine, Wildside, Tapeless Film, Viola Film, Aurora TV, Eliseo Entertainment, Elsinore Film, EDI Effetti Digitali Italiani, and many others.
This is how I learned the dynamics of large film sets and entered the movie industry. In addition to classic location rentals for shoots, I also offer full production services to those interested and co-produce movies and series that are mainly shot at Borgo Cornalese.
In 2024, Travel Media House became part of Fargo Film, a historic Italian production company founded in 1977 and long recognized as one of the leading names in advertising production. Here, I work as Head of Originals and Executive Producer, overseeing the development of original productions and leading branded entertainment strategies for a wide range of clients.
In 2025, I opened a sales agency dedicated to representing indie filmmakers and production companies in both fiction and unscripted. My colleagues and I participate in almost every major industry market in Italy and abroad, as well as numerous festivals, creating all the opportunities we can while building a strong network and striving to keep pushing creativity beyond boundaries.
As a director, I am currently working on two documentaries and developing my first feature film for cinema.
My Purpose
Travel is at the heart of my storytelling. It's not just a setting, but a way to explore what drives people, how they connect, and how they grow.
My productions take viewers on real journeys to remote and extraordinary places, as well as into our cultural and sporting history, sharing stories of dedication, adrenaline, courage, and passion.
As both a director and producer, I want to tell stories that move people and inspire respect for nature and humanity.
